Service Description

A safe space for Black mommies to be seen, heard, validated and learn how to care for ourselves holistically while in community with other like minded mothers who have given birth within the last 4 years. The group is led by Dr. Kim who is a licensed Mental health and holistic wellness therapist, Certified perinatal mental health clinician and DONA trained birth doula, wife and mom of 2. She is the founder of The Melanated Mommy Tribe and also the owner of the Life Begins Here Therapeutic & Counseling Services.
